We operate Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 18:30 p.m. Dogs can be dropped off any time after 7:00 a.m. but must be picked up before 18:30 p.m.
All dogs that take part in our day care programme must first go through an evaluation prior to admittance to the programme. Essential criteria will include temperament and behaviour in relation to other dogs and humans. The activities available to your dog will depend on their physical condition and what we believe is best for your pet.
Prior to coming in for evaluation, please print, read, fill out, and sign the following forms and bring them in with you.
The spaces in our dog day care programme are limited, with places only available by reservation. We encourage you to reserve the same day(s) of the week if possible. Should a reserved day fall during your holiday, please arrange to bring your dog in on alternate days during that month. Missed days are not carried over to subsequent months.
If you are unable to bring your dog one of your scheduled days, please give us as much notice as possible. If not informed ahead of time, you will forfeit that day.
We accept all forms of major credit card, cash, and electronic transfers.
We actively encourage all dogs involved in our programme to exhibit good behaviour, for the safety of our staff and other dogs.
Dogs that display bad behaviour will be either given a time out or removed from a play group altogether. Dogs who consistently display aggression towards other dogs or our staff, will be removed immediately from the group and will no longer be welcomed in our programme.
All dogs at our facility will be involved in supervised, off-leash socialisation and play with other dogs, as well as exercise that includes various pieces of equipment such as treadmills.
Anytime that dogs play together, there is the possibility of injury from rough play, this can include scrapes, cuts, and bites. Owners are notified on pick-up of any minor injury because of the day’s activities, while serious injuries are addressed immediately.
For your dog’s health and safety, all areas are cleaned continuously and disinfected daily with a non-toxic sanitiser.
Dogs cannot attend our facility if:
They Are in Season
Have Shown Any Signs of Illness
Their Vaccinations Have Expired
They Are Non-Neutered Males that Persistently Exhibit Anti-Social Behaviour
Our programmes are primarily membership-based, with options allowing you to bring your pet 1 to 5 times a week (weekdays only).
If you are looking for something more flexible, we also provide single day and multi-day packages.
